Ingredients:
Bhindi Masala:
1. 2 tbsp oil
2. 250 gm Tender Bhindi
3. Fry on high flame till light golden
4. 3 tbsp oil
5. 1 tsp Cumin
6. ½ tsp Mustard
7. 2 Onions chopped
8. Fry till light golden
9. 1 Sprig curry leaves
10. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
11. 1 tsp Coriander powder
12. 1 tbsp Chilli powder
13. 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
14. ½ tsp Garam masala
15. 2 pinches Turmeric
16. Fry till oil floats
17. 2 Tomatoes paste
18. Cook till oil separates
19. After 7 min Oil floats
20. Add the Fried Okra
21. Saute well
22. Cook till oil floats
23. Do not add water
24. Serve with Rice & Rotis
