Ingredients:
Brinjal-6
Slit 4 sides
Fry the Brinjals to 60%
Remove when skin colour change
2 Fried Onions
2 tsp Melon Seeds
20 Cashews
4-5 Green Chillies
Sufficient water
Grind to fine paste
2 tbsp Ghee
2 tbsp oil
½ Bay Leaf
2 Cloves
2 Crushed Cardamom
1 tsp Shahi Jeera
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
Salt
½ tsp Chili Powder
½ tsp Roasted cumin
Fry 30 secs
Add ground Kaju paste
300 ml Hot Water
Cook till the oil Floats
After 7-8 min
Add fried Brinjal
150ml water
½ tsp Black Pepper
Cook on low flame till oil floats
After 12-15
1 tbsp butter
¼ cup Fresh Cream/Milk
Combine well
